Investment into 3E Membrane Technologies

Tembusu Growth Fund Ltd (“Tembusu”) has entered into an agreement on 17th December 2010 to invest into 3E Membrane Technologies Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”). The Company has developed and manufactured the industry’s first home water filtration system that utilizes a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Hollow Fiber Micro Filtration (MF) membrane that is further enhanced with a self-cleaning feature. With a strong and experienced Management team, and an exciting technology with impactful applications in a critical end-use, 3E Membrane Technologies is an attractive investment opportunity for Tembusu. Tembusu is pleased to add 3E Membrane Technologies to our portfolio of investments.
