Investment into Nanjing BioTogether Co., Ltd

Tembusu Growth Fund Ltd (“Tembusu”) has entered into an agreement on 29th December 2010 to invest into Nanjing BioTogether Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The completion is pending the lodgment of documents with the authorities. The Company is an innovation oriented biotechnology company founded in 2005 by the National Engineering Research Center for Biotechnology in Nanjing, China, and has now become a global professional biological products supplier in China. The company is involved in the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives, animal feed additives, and raw materials used in cosmetics and nutraceuticals, etc. Tembusu is pleased to have Nanjing BioTogether Co., Ltd in our portfolio of investments.
