Peter Lai Hock Meng - Member of Investment Committee
Peter is a member of the Investment Committee and also Chairman of He Ding Investment Management, a joint venture company in China.

Peter has more than 25 years of experience in the asset management, treasury management, private banking, investment banking and private equity investments. He has worked for Monetary Authority of Singapore, Deutsche Bank, Societe Generale, Citigroup and OCBC Bank. From October 2007 to March 2009, Peter was the Managing Director of Tembusu Partners. Presently, he sits on board of several listed companies as independent director and chairman of the audit committee.

Peter is also a panel member of the Inquiry Committee of the Singapore Law Society, an editorial board member of the CFA Digest, and a board member of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra. Peter is a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute in USA and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing in UK.

Peter graduated from University of Cambridge, England with a BA (Honours) degree in economics.
