Tembusu Partners announces partial exit from Artivision Technologies Ltd

Tembusu Partners is pleased to announce a partial exit from Tembusu Growth Fund I portfolio company Artivision Technologies Ltd (“Artivision”) on 24 June 2011 as part of its portfolio management strategy. After the sale of 30.7 million shares, Tembusu Growth Fund I still has a 4.97% stake in the Company. Tembusu Partners invested in Artivision in 2007 and continues to strongly support and believe in the Company and its vision moving forward.
