Indian consumer electronics giant boAt (via parent company Imagine Marketing) has acquired Singapore-based IoT startup KaHa Pte Ltd (Cove IoT), known for its patented wearable tech like smartwatches, smart apparel, and Bluetooth-enabled accessories. The move aims to bolster boAt’s wearables portfolio by integrating KaHa’s expertise in design, firmware, algorithms, and app development.
