Toku files preliminary prospectus for Catalist IPO

We are pleased to share that our portfolio company Toku, Asia Pacific’s leading AI-powered 360° customer experience (CX) platform, has lodged a preliminary prospectus for a proposed listing on the SGX Catalist board.

The listing is expected to elevate Toku’s corporate profile, strengthen governance standards, and support its continued expansion across APAC and beyond. Proceeds will be directed toward R&D, market expansion, talent acquisition, and reinforcing the company’s financial position as it scales.

Toku continues to demonstrate strong commercial traction, with revenue growing from US$21.6 million in 2022 to US$31.8 million in 2024, supported by increasing platform adoption across 32 countries. Its AI-driven capabilities—including transcription, summarisation, sentiment analysis, and conversation analytics—position the company uniquely in markets where enterprises require specialised, compliant, and regionally adaptable solutions.

As a portfolio company of Tembusu Partners, Toku’s progress reflects the strength of Singapore’s innovation ecosystem and the ability of homegrown enterprises to become regional leaders in enterprise communications and CX transformation.
