On 25th of October 2007, we increased our investment in GlobalRoam, an IT company that offers Integrated Communication Services.
Acquisition of China Water Holdings Pte Ltd – CHW
On the 3rd August 2007, we signed an agreement to invest in China Water Holdings Pte. Ltd (“CWH”). CWH is a one-stop water and wastewater treatment solution provider in the PRC that carries out feasibility studies, consultancy, project management, design, construction, operation and maintenance, fabrication and financing of projects relating to water and wastewater treatment.
Acquisition of Artivision Technologies Pte Ltd – Artivision
On the 12th July 2007, we invested in Artivision, a leading solutions provider for computer vision technologies. Its software solutions and hardware products are used in the security, transport and people management sectors.
