Nanjing BioTogether Co., Ltd completes registration process
Tembusu Growth Fund Ltd (“Tembusu”) refers to the announcement made on 29 December 2010 pertaining to the investment in Nanjing BioTogether Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). As of 26 April 2011, the Company has successfully obtained approval from the Ministry of Commerce People’s Republic Of China (“MOFCOM”) and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) and has completed the registration process.
