Singapore’s AI-Powered Customer Experience Platform Toku Launches First SGX IPO of 2026

We are pleased to share that our portfolio company Toku, a Singapore-incorporated AI-powered customer experience (CX) platform, has registered its offer document in connection with its proposed initial public offering and listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange.

Toku is set to become the first company to list on the SGX in 2026, a significant milestone for both the company and Singapore’s technology ecosystem.

Founded in 2017, Toku builds cloud-native CX infrastructure designed specifically for complex, multi-market environments. Its end-to-end 360° CX platform enables enterprises to orchestrate customer interactions across voice, chat, email and digital channels, while navigating diverse regulatory, linguistic and infrastructure requirements.
