Tembusu Growth Fund Ltd. fully divests of its stake in Silver City Minerals Limited (Australia)
Tembusu Partners (“Tembusu”) is pleased to announce the divestment of its stake in Silver City Minerals Limited (“Silver City Minerals” or the “Company”) on 14 March 2011. The continued robust market for commodities has allowed Tembusu to fully divest of its stake in the privately-held, base and precious metal Australian exploration company, Silver City Minerals, via a trade sale to an Australian fund at an IRR of approximately 35%.
Tembusu invested in the Company in November 2009.
