The Liveability Challenge (TLC) returns for its ninth edition, continuing its mission to support groundbreaking climate solutions with funding and ecosystem support.

Since its establishment in 2018 by Temasek Foundation and organised by Eco-Business, TLC has grown into Asia’s largest sustainability solutions platform, empowering innovators to create lasting positive impact. Over the past eight editions, the challenge has attracted thousands of global applications, incubated 54 finalists, and deployed more than S$13 million in funding — helping startups scale and raise hundreds of millions more.
