Toku acquires Activeo Singapore
Asia Pacific cloud communications provider Toku has signed an agreement to acquire the Southeast Asia operations of Activeo, a leading customer experience (CX) consulting firm headquartered in France.
Activeo Singapore has an established business footprint in France and has been working with Toku over the past 12 months as an independent partner to deliver successful CX transformation projects to customers. This acquisition will allow both parties to realise the full synergies of their partnership, with Activeo complementing Toku’s digital solutions with strategic consulting expertise and large-scale enterprise project delivery.
Activeo Singapore will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit under Toku.
This acquisition of Activeo forms a key pillar of Toku’s regional expansion strategy as the company looks to set up more local offices across the Asia Pacific.
