Established in 1991, Ednovation is a pioneer in pre-school educational technology in Singapore. Ednovation manages and operates more than 50 pre-schools in Singapore, ASEAN and China, under the brands ChildFirst Pre-school and Cambridge Pre-schools. Their EdnoLand eCurriculum is also offered in partnership with hundreds of pre-schools in the region.
The pre-school prides itself on nurturing “truly bilingual” protégés by immersing them in a dual language environment where children are taught in English for half the day and in Chinese for the other half.
Tembusu Partners has divested its entire 36% stake in education group Ednovation to CDH Investments for over $50 million.
