Liu Dennis is a Managing Partner at FrontSight Capital Fund.
In 2008, Dennis Liu co-founded Peak Investment Group, a leading private equity investment institution in Asia Pacific. Peak Investment Group focused on artificial intelligence, games, fin-tech and blockchain technology. Peak Investment Group invested in Huobi, Bybit and BTCC. In 2021, Peak Investment Group is developing a 287,000 square feet warehouse project in Yuen Long, Hong Kong featuring state-of-the-art automation technology.
In 2016, Dennis acquired 30% shares of Toffs Technologies and became the single highest shareholder of the company. Toffs Technologies is a major provider of CDN and anti-DDoS services among other internet security solutions. Toffs Technologies works closely with AI Singapore and Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) on a variety of government projects, and won OCBC Emerging Enterprise Award 2020. In addition, Dennis also invested in other business such as ECG Group, Elite Partners Capital, Tembusu Partners Growth Fund III and MM2 Entertainment.
Dennis is also an active participant of Singapore’s local community development. He sponsored various events in Ang Mo Kio-Hougang constituency.
