Theodora is Principal at Tembusu Partners.
She is responsible for investment sourcing, fundraising, portfolio value creation and business development initiatives of the firm. She has over 15 years experience in investment and operator roles across technology, education, retail and offshore and marine sectors.
Theodora obtained her Global MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Tsinghua University and was a recipient of the Tsinghua University Scholarship. She co-founded the Tsinghua MBA Family Business Club and is a member of Tsinghua X-Lab. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University, and completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.
