Tembusu Partners fully divests Tongji Environment Pte Ltd

Tembusu Partners (“Tembusu”) is pleased to announce the full divestment of its stake in Tongji Environment Pte Ltd (“Tongji” or the “Company”) in June 2010. The Company is engaged in providing municipal, industrial and sludge wastewater treatment services in the People’s Republic of China. Tembusu first invested in the Company through a combination of convertible loan and common equity in November 2007, and exited its investment in Tongji through a strategic trade sale and achieved an overall investment IRR of 8.5%.
